{tit}{cp}5% SUPERCHARGED OVERDRIVE BALANCERS HSV GTS VF V8 6.2L LSA Supercharger overdrive harmonic balancer upgrade kit is designed to enhance the LSA supercharged engine. The Powerbond overdrive harmonic balancer kit produces excellent horsepower and torque improvements over the factory level of boost and supercharger RPM. This harmonic balancer kit will increase boost by raising the RPM of your supercharger by overdriving it from the harmonic balancer. This kit does not replace the driven supercharger pulley on the supercharger snout. Testing has shown over 40 rear wheel horsepower improvement and over 3.5 lbs of boost with the 10% overdrive balancer pulley installed with the stock supercharger pulley on an otherwise stock engine. With tuning the overdrive harmonic balancer can be used alone. However further gains are possible with an upgraded fuel system and a supercharger driven pulley upgrade kit for higher boost levels. Called the Volvo ES Concept, it’s the third and final design study from Volvo’s new chief designer Thomas Ingenlath, who’s been pinched from Volvo rival VW to pen a sharp and sexy new range of Swedish metal to take on the dominant Germans. We’ve seen Ingenlath’s idea of a BMW 4-series-sized coupe, and an XC90-previewing SUV.
